Full casting has been announced for Chris Bush’s new play Otherland, which begins performances at the Almeida Theatre in London on 12 February.
Joining the previously announced Jade Anouka, Jackie Clune, Fizz Sinclair, and Amanda Wilkin, are Danielle Fiamanya, Laura Hanna, Beth Hinton-Lever, and Serena Manteghi.
Otherland follows couple Jo and Harry as they begin the process of disentangling themselves from each other’s lives and new worlds begin to open up. As new partners and new possibilities come into their lives, they question what kind of women they want to be and how they can get there.
Chris Bush’s other works include the Olivier Award-winning Standing at the Sky’s Edge, Faustus: That Damned Woman, and Rock/ Paper/ Scissors.
The rest of the creative team includes director and choreographer Ann Yee (Next to Normal, The Human Body), set designer Fly Davis, costume designer Milla Clarke, lighting designer Anna Watson, sound designer Pete Malkin, and composer and music supervisor Jennifer Whyte.
