Tectum Theatre and Gaunt & Son Productions are pleased to announce the launch of a LIVE Online evening of new writing theatre titled Five-4-Five, on 5th June 2020 at 19:30PM. All five of the short plays, have been written specifically for the current period of lockdown, and showcase some of the struggles and hilarity that this entails.
The evening is in aid of Acting For Others, which provides financial and emotional support for artists throughout the performing industry when they are in times of need.
The plays are:
If At First – written by Dawn Wyndham, directed by Glenn Gaunt
The Wedding – written by Pamela Gaunt, directed by Richard Neale
Time Difference – written by James Backway, directed by Ben Woodhall
Lockdown – written by Pamela Gaunt, directed by Annabelle Hollingdale
Cabin Fever – written by Jon Platt, directed by Rebecca Marangos
And the cast includes: Annette Badland, Mali Tudno Jones, Georgia Conlan, Doña Croll, Helen Kent, Harriet Thorpe, Adjoa Andoh, Julie Graham, Shaun Prendergast, Stephanie Siadatan , Erin Geraghty, Llinos Daniel and Michelle McTernan.
Members of the cast will be joined by Julie Graham who has just written and launched brand new online web series DUN BREEDIN for a panel discussion on how to stay creative during lockdown & how the arts can respond to COVID-19.
