This year there were more than 180 entries which have been judged by an esteemed panel including Ruth Jones (Gavin & Stacey), theatre director Nicolas Kent, playwright Nick Dear, Imogen Stubbs and Stephen Tompkinson.

The BBC Audio Drama Awards cover audio dramas first broadcast in English in the UK between 1 October 2012 and 31 October 2013 – or first uploaded/published for free listening online in the UK during the same period
